My husband and I had a fantastic time at Brekke Gard in Flam. We stayed for a week and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The renovated old Norwegian house had tall ceilings, giving it a spacious and open feel. Falling asleep to the sound of the nearby waterfall was incredibly soothing. Having the whole house to ourselves was a bonus, and the well-equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze. The friendly staff even met us at the port and drove us to the hostel, which was greatly appreciated. We also rented bikes and had a blast exploring the scenic roads and hilly terrain. a delightful experience in a beautiful location.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough!

We loved the cozy farmhouse atmosphere with a quaint kitchen table. the beds and rooms had character. Svere, the owner, gave great hiking tips. We enjoyed living on a working farm. Beautiful countryside with a nearby waterfall. the hostel had comfortable bedding and beautifully laundered linen. It was conveniently located about 10 minutes from town and had a flat walk. We had a spacious and spotlessly clean room, sharing the kitchen and bathroom with only one other party.
Felt at home, no complaints.

The hostel is perfectly situated amidst stunning natural surroundings, with a beautiful farm right across from it. the old cottage we stayed in was a unique and unforgettable experience, and despite its age, it was equipped with modern kitchen appliances and clean toilet plumbing. the common area was rustic yet tastefully decorated, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The shared apartment could use more toilets, as it can be inconvenient when they are occupied.

I recently stayed at a charming accommodation surrounded by picturesque landscapes. The room was cozy and warm, with a remarkably comfortable bed that provided a restful sleep. The bathroom was modern and well-maintained. What impressed me the most was the spacious living area and well-equipped kitchen in our hut. It made our stay even more enjoyable and convenient.
I have to mention that the check-in process was a bit inconvenient since there was no one at the property until 3 pm. Waiting outside in freezing weather was not ideal, but the lady was helpful when we called and asked for assistance.
